Jessica offers senior counsel across a range of clients offering both strategic and creative advice. Heading up client services she ensures excellence across the agency and best practice across client processes and campaign evaluation. Lydia Hoye, Managing Partner
Lydia’s approach mixes a desire for doing things differently and stringent measurement of the ‘PR effect’ with insightful and supportive consultancy. During her career she has defined brand strategy and integrated lifestyle campaigns for some of the best-loved consumer brands and spearheads the agency’s mindset in developing meaningful measurement for clients. Lydia leads the agency’s digital and social media proposition as well as heading up the ‘creativity’ team, formulating creative brainstorm sessions across agency clients and the Kazoo team. One of her passions is researching future trends within the industry to ensure Kazoo keeps its finger on the pulse and continues to engage existing clients and new brands with intelligent insights and forward thinking.

Michele has a proven track record of delivering creative and award winning campaigns for brands including British Airways, Sky, Ikea and Nintendo. She excels in delivering integrated solutions and brilliant ideas across multiple channels. From creating engaging social content to headline grabbing stunts, Michele is always looking for ways to ensure an idea works as hard as possible. Her understanding of brands and consumer engagement at a local and global scale ensures that campaigns deliver against business objectives. Michele also provides senior counsel and consultancy to clients and is instrumental in staff development and training initiatives across the agency.
Rachael Charlton, Director
Rachael has an established career in the PR and comms industry and has a passion for consumer lifestyle, consumer technology, sports and music. Rachael has developed creative media programmes for some of the UKs biggest brands and is responsible for the agency’s media ‘black book’, ensuring the ‘media and influencer experts’ agency accolade is maintained. Rachael oversees talent and celebrity liaison at Kazoo, cultivating agency relationships with some of the UKs leading talent management and publicists. Combining celebrity know-how and savvy creativity, she has delivered stand-out campaigns for Heineken, P&G, Samsung, LG and BT.
